I Have Made Mistake By Ordering the Wrong Size

-If the order has not yet shipped, then please contact us immediately.
-If you have already received the item, we can authorize a return for a 1:1 exchange. Kindly note that the customer will have to pay all the associated shipping fees involved in the process (including returned and exchanged item shipping fees).
Therefore in some cases, it is better to keep the product and order a new one directly rather than returning the wrong product back to us.
